Makoto Harunari
Deputy Director-General,Civil Aviation Bureau Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport
Mr. Makoto Harunari joined the Ministry of Transport in 1975. In 1983, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Administration Division, Aerodrome Department of the Civil Aviation Bureau.
Mr. Harunari was privileged to participate as a Senior Officer for Talks in the International Air Transport Division. He held the position of Director of the General Affairs Division in the Civil Aviation Bureau until appointed to his current post as Deputy Director-General of the Civil Aviation Bureau itself.
Mr. Makoto Harunari graduated from the University of Tokyo with a degree in law.
